The Ethics Complaint by Thomas Ratliff against Alice Linahan may very well have been prompted by this Women On the Wall.org conference call the night before the complaint was filed.

Texas State Board of Education (SBOE) elected official Thomas Ratliff once again files and ethics complaint against Texas Mom Alice Linahan with the Texas Ethics Commission.
To no surprise Thomas Ratliff is at it again. After the WomenOnTheWall radio show today we got word that he is threatening to file an adjusted ethics charge against Alice Linahan. A Texas mom working to fight against CSCOPE and Common Core.
On The WomenOnTheWall.org show the non-profit organization Parents for Public Schools was mentioned and that two people we here in Texas are learning a lot about Former Lt. Governor Bill Ratliff (SBOE)/Microsoft Lobbyist Thomas Ratliff and State Rep. Bennett Ratliff’s dad and the now infamous Linda Darling Hammond seem to be connected .
The president of TACS is Mary Ann Whiteker, the superintendent of Hudson ISD. Whiteker is to be a panelist in support of CSCOPE at the Sen. Dan Patrick vs. Thomas Ratliff CSCOPE debate this coming Saturday, Aug. 24, 6:30 P. M., at the U. of Tyler.
